KennCo’s Property Owners policy is designed to meet the needs of the property owners of purpose built Commercial and Retail Units and purpose built Apartment Blocks.
We can also provide cover for purpose built Unoccupied Commercial properties and Vacant Sites (awaiting development, with no Buildings, or commercial activity taking place).
